All water bills are mailed out on the last weekday of every month. Failure to receive your water bill does not make you exempt from penalties and/or disconnect if the bill is not paid before the 15th of the month. It’s advisable to contact the water office to obtain the amount due so that you are able to pay it before the due date. You may also check your account balance via the billing portal found on the homepage of this website. You do not need to set up an online account to do this, but you will need to enter your account number.
If you are receiving water bill assistance, penalties may still be applied if the payment is not received by the due date, even if the intent to pay has been received from the agency.
Water customers with swimming pools are asked to notify the Water Department prior to filling the pool; doing so will save the staff from taking the time to look for leaks that do not exist.
